Welcome to my gallery of photos taken during my pilgrimage to Greece and Mount Athos in January, 2005. My traveling companions were Peter Serko—who wrote many good blog entries about the trip—and my Godfather, Gregory Karg. We arrived in Thessaloniki to meet our host, Fr. Peter Heers (Uncut Mountain Press), who kindly took time to escort us around for our two weeks in Greece.
